PURPOSE: A fixing structure of a fuel tank of a vehicle is provided to stably keep a combined state even by vibration and shock generated in the traveling of the vehicle, to mount the fuel tank having large volume to a small space by hanging a fixing tool to a hanging unit of the fuel tank. CONSTITUTION: A fixing structure of a fuel tank(73) of a vehicle is composed of a floor(70) forming the bottom of a vehicle body; the fuel tank mounted to the lower part of the floor, formed by jointing upper and lower panels(71,72), and formed with a plurality of hanging units(74) at a joint flange surface of the upper and lower panels; a plurality of fixing tools(77) of which upper end is fixed to the bottom of the floor and lower end is hung on the hanging units, to support the fuel tank; and a vibroisolating material(78) interposed between the fixing tool and the hanging unit to absorb vibration and shock. The vibroisolating material is rubber. A bracket(75) is disposed between the fixing tool and the floor.
