PURPOSE: A system for automatically converting a communication line using bluetooth is provided to form a communication line through a PSTN or an ADSL network with a portable terminal when the portable terminal mounting bluetooth thereon is located within a local place, thereby reducing cost. CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal(100) delivers a dial tone and a voice signal to other terminal. An automatic communication line converter(200) comprises as follows. A signal processor(220) converts a wireless signal into an analog signal or a digital signal, and delivers the converted signal. A controller(230) recognizes that the portable terminal(100) is located in a local place through a bluetooth module(210), converts the received wireless signal into the analog signal or the digital signal, and controls to deliver the converted signal to the other terminal. A user signal input unit(240) is selected by a user through a PSTN or an ADSL connected with the automatic communication line converter(200). A display(250) displays a discounted amount of money on a screen.
