PURPOSE: An auxiliary mini sanitary pad for preventing the pad surface at the perineal portion from being narrowed while wearing an existing sanitary pad is provided to allow wearing for a longer time since the surface for absorbing secretion is increased. CONSTITUTION: A mini sanitary pad(9) is double-worn for an auxiliary use under an existing sanitary pad(8) in order to prevent the surface of the existing sanitary pad(8) contacting the perineal portion from being narrowed as a pressure is applied onto both legs while wearing the existing sanitary pad(8). The mini sanitary pad(9) for the auxiliary use is 10 to 13cm in length, 8cm in width and 0.5 to 1cm in thickness.
