PURPOSE: An apparatus for heat reserving molten steel in ladle is provided to prevent solidification of slag layer on an upper part of molten steel to prevent wear of electrode rod and easily unwind slag to improve deoiling efficiency by heating molten steel in the ladle after tapping molten steel in the steelmaking process. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a cover part comprising a heat reserving cover(12) for covering the ladle from an upper part of the ladle, and a hydraulic cylinder(14) connected to the center of the heat reserving cover to rotate the heat reserving cover; a combustion part connected to a crater at the center of the heat reserving cover to supply combustible gas and air; a temperature measuring part comprising a temperature sensor(44) installed at one side of the heat reserving cover to measure atmospheric temperature in an upper part of molten steel; and a bubbling part for bubbling molten steel by supplying an inert gas into a lower part of the ladle, wherein the combustion part comprises an air supply means comprising air pipe, air fan, driving motor, air electric powered valve and swivel joint; a gas supply means comprising gas pipe, main valve, gas electric powered valve and swivel joint; and an ignition means comprising pilot pipe(38) and ignitor(40), wherein the combustion part further comprises a combustion control panel(42), wherein the bubbling part comprises fixed stand(52), rotation part(56), back and forth moving cylinder(58), coupler inserting part, projecting part and inert gas pipe, and wherein the bubbling part further comprises a bubbling control panel(70).
