PURPOSE: A micro wave detector apparatus is provided to optimize an output of a voltage controlled oscillator. CONSTITUTION: A horn antenna(120) receives a RF signal radiated in the air. A voltage controlled oscillator(350) generates a selected frequency band signal. A waveguide(400) transmits the RF signal received in the horn antenna. A feeding screw(450) is installed to penetrate the waveguide, and is connected to an output stage of the voltage controlled oscillator electrically, and an output signal of the voltage controlled oscillator is inputted to the feeding screw. And a frequency mixer(200) mixes the RF signal transmitted through the waveguide and a signal of the voltage controlled oscillator transmitted through the feeding screw, and then outputs it as an intermediate frequency.
