METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ELECTROLYTIC GALVANIZED STRIP WITH UNIFORMED SURFACE EXTERNAL APPEARANCE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing electrolytic galvanized strip with uniformed surface external appearance is provided to greatly improve surface quality of the strip by suppressing strip defects of surface external appearance during phosphate treatment and greatly improve productivity by improving electric conductivity of plating pot. CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacturing electrolytic galvanized strip using a horizontal electroplating facility of zinc sulfate pot using insoluble anode, the method comprises the processes of performing electroplating on a base strip after maintaining concentration of zinc of the plating pot to 150 to 200 g/L and adding 30 to 50 g/L of sodium sulfate to the plating pot; and performing phosphate treatment on the electroplated strip, wherein an electric conductivity of the plating pot is 130 to 140 mS/cm.
