FIELD: agriculture and food-processing industry, in particular, primary treatment of plant product. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying onto plant product surface liquid antiseptic, such as saturated aqueous solution of preparation produced by sequential extracting of Mortierella pulchella micromycet biomass with the use of extractant in above-critical state, water, alkaline, water, acid, water, alkaline, and water, with following joining of first extract with solid residue. EFFECT: simplified process for producing and use of antiseptic. |
