FIELD: medicine, endovideosurgery. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out ultrasound scanning to detect areas of lesions and echonegative neoplasms along with videolaparoscopic detection of retroperitoneal hematoma, blood in abdominal cavity, lesions of abdominal organs. Moreover, before videolaparoscopy one should introduce special needle through anterior abdominal wall to supply slowly carbon dioxide into abdominal cavity at the rate of 0.5 l/min to achieve the pressure there being 9-12 mm mercury column, then comes survey videolaparoscopy along with necessary correction of abdominal state, then carbon dioxide supply should be stopped and pressure in abdominal cavity should be decreased slowly per 2 mm mercury column/min.
