摘要 PURPOSE: The apparatus for dismantling and uniting a wind distribution system tuyere stocks of a blast furnace is provided to easily couple and separate a rod which is installed to prevent leak of the hot air in the process of supplying hot air having a high pressure into the blast furnace through a tuyere. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus in which a rod(11) is coupled to flanges of upper and lower wind distribution system tuyere stocks of a blast furnace by penetrating a cotter pin, the apparatus for dismantling and uniting the wind distribution system tuyere stocks of the blast furnace is characterized in that a plate part equipped with a flange coupling and separating means is coupled to a cutout part(7-1) formed in the upper part of the rod(11), wherein left and right separation prevention grooves(7-2) are longitudinally formed in the central part at both sides of the cutout part(7-1) of the rod(11), a pin hole(7-3) is laterally penetrated into the upper part of the rod(11), and a hole(10-1) having a certain diameter is formed at the central part of the bottom of the cutout part(7-1) so that a coil spring(10) is inserted into the hole(10-1), the plate part comprises a lower plate(8) and an upper plate(7) adhered onto the upper part of the lower plate(8), semicircular left and right separation prevention projections(8-1) are formed on both surfaces of the central part of the upper and lower plates(7,8), a pin hole(7-3) is formed at the central part of the left and right separation prevention projections(8-1) of the upper plate(7), the flange coupling and separating means comprises a screw bar(9-3) at one side of which a left-handed screw(9-3-1) is formed, and at the other side of which a right-handed screw(9-3-2) is formed around the central part; a pair of rectangular guide nuts(9) which are connected from both end parts of the screw bar(9-3); and a hexagonal nut(9-5) coupled to one side of the rectangular guide nut(9) through an impact wrench.
