PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of the occurrence of loss in access time and of causing underflow in buffer memory data due to no high accuracy in the setting of an access performance model in a reproduction standard model for assuring real time reproduction on a disk-like information recording medium. SOLUTION: The reproduction standard model contains: a pickup reading real time data from the disk-like information recording medium; a buffer memory temporarily holding the real time data read by the pickup; and a decoding module reading the real time data from the buffer memory for processing. The access time Tacc of the reproduction standard model is represented by the following formula: Tacc=A×dN+Trev+B. In the formula, dN is the difference in the number of revolutions of disk-like recording medium, Trev is the rotation waiting time at access target position, and A and B are constants.
