DEVICE AND METHOD FOR REPLACING REGIONAL INFORMATION OF CONTENTS FILE FOR DATA BROADCASTING AND DATA BROADCASTING DEVICE FOR DIGITAL BROADCAST SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace information contents with high regionality with replacement target data and to broadcast the replacement target data only by preparing the replacement target data in data broadcasting. SOLUTION: This data broadcasting in which the same contents file for data broadcasting is distributed to each station and each station uses the contents file for data broadcasting comprises holding means 13 and 23 for holding replacement information for prepared information parts with high regionality and a means for replacing information parts having contents with high regionality included in the contents file for correspondence of respective broadcasting regions. The contents file is distributed as document data obtained by using at least replacement processing and a mark showing the replacement processing to attach the mark to the replacement part in the document data. As for the contents file, means 16 and 26 are provided which replaces data of the contents file with the prepared replacement information according to processing contents shown by the mark and eliminates the mark to make the replacement information to be a contents file for self-station data broadcasting.
