摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a carrier frequency of a phase continuous FSK modulation wave with high accuracy in a short period of time in spite of a small number of samples. SOLUTION: A phase shift value collection section 23 collects a phase shift value of intermediate symbol data for each reference pattern every time a symbol data sequence outputted from a demodulation processing section 21 receiving a signal S to be measured is coincident with the reference pattern preset by a pattern setting section 22. A carrier frequency arithmetic section 24 obtains a phase shift amount per one symbol caused by a deviation of a carrier frequency with respect to a reference value on the basis of an average of the phase shift values as to patterns inverted to each other among phase shift values collected for each reference pattern and obtains the deviation in the carrier frequency with respect to the reference value from the obtained phase shift amount to obtain a carrier frequency fc of the signal S to be measured.
