PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bubble from being contaminated in a liquid arranged between an objective lens and a sample to analyze the sample precisely. SOLUTION: A fluorometric analyzer 100 is provided with a light source 5, an inverted type fluorescence microscope 1 using confocal optical system, a photoelectric signal converting part 2 for converting florescence light emitted from the fluorescence-labelled sample 23 into an electric signal, a data processing part 3 for signal-processing the electric signal to find a characteristic of the sample 23, and a display part 4 for displaying the found characteristic of the sample 23. The inverted type fluorescence microscope 1 is constituted of the objective lens 11, a stage 13 for supporting a sample plate 12, a liquid supplying part 14 for supplying the liquid 24 between the objective lens 11 and the sample plate 12, a bubble removing part 15 for removing the bubble in the liquid 24, an optical route 16 for guiding light generated in the light source 5 to the objective lens 11, and an optical route 17 for guiding the light provided by the objective lens 11 to the signal converter 2.
