PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a life evaluation method of heat-resistant steel for accurately determining a creep life consumption rate, namely, the remaining life of the targeted heat-resistant steel. SOLUTION: A void count density change rate that is a change rate in a void count density with time corresponding to the number per unit area of creep voids in the heat-resistant steel to be inspected is obtained.
