PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide base cosmetics, cleaning cosmetics and a composition for beauty cosmetics with the use of pomegranate seed oil. SOLUTION: The mixed composition comprises the pomegranate seed oil obtained from a seed of any of two species of pomegranate in Iran, [siahe danedroshuti sirazui] and [marase silin] on one hand and constituents for lotion, milk lotion, tonic lotion, emulsion, cream, oil, essence, pack, treatment and the like for head skin, hair, a face or a body in a case of the base cosmetics or constituents for soap, body cleansing, shampoo, rinse, hair treatment, body treatment, a bathing agent and the like in the case of the cleaning cosmetics.
