PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic device with improved acoustic characteristics for a Pachinko machine, which can be set in a narrow space within a Pachinko game machine and is equipped with a speaker box capable of sufficiently reproducing low-pitched sound. SOLUTION: This is a bass reflex type speaker box 25 formed by assembling plastic-made case members divided into two, a front case member 26 and a rear case member 27. The speaker box 25 is formed into the one having volume of as large as possible by forming outer circumferential edges copying an excess space between a ball shooting device 22 set on the front face of an inner frame 12 and a game ball guide groove 23 etc. A sound absorbing material 34 is placed in the speaker box 25. A speaker 29 is fixed on the front case member 26. The speaker box is fixed on the front face of the inner frame 12 by small screws 37 so that the speaker box 25 is housed in the excess space and is faced with inside a ball receiving tray 7 on a plate 6 in a lower part of the front face.
