PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flowmeter having a structure capable of uniforming the flow in a passage while minimizing the influence of the flow in the inflow of a measuring fluid to the ultrasonic flowmeter. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic flowmeter 1 has an inflow part 2 for the measuring fluid, a measurement part 3 for measurement, and an outflow part 4. A baffle 5 is provided between the inflow part 2 and the measurement part 3 so that the inflow position from the inflow part 2 to the measurement part 3 of the measuring fluid is horizontally separated from both the inflow position to the inflow part 2 of the measuring fluid and the inlet position of a passage 12.
