PURPOSE: Provided is a structure of a medicine injector and an operational method therefor to inject medicine to only certain regions of a patient's body, and to improve safety and sanitary effect of the injector. CONSTITUTION: The medicine injector includes a body(3), a needle(5), and an operational aid of the body(2) and the needle(5). After opening a lid(12) of a medicine bottle(7), medicine is injected into the bottle(7). Then the lid(12) is closed and fixed to the top(1) of the body(3). To use the medicine injector, a needle container's lid(9) is opened and a needle plate(8) is unscrewed. The needle plate(8) is fixed at the lower end of the body(3), and the top end(1) of the body(3) is pressed down by a thumb. Then springs(4) connected to the body(3) are simultaneously compressed and by the compressive force 4-5 needles of the needle plate(8) are injected in the body, naturally injecting medicine through a needle hole(5), respectively.
