<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point processing system capable of efficiently performing a point processing by increasing the mutual operation of a general processing server and member companies so that a conflict does not occur on the handling of information therebetween. <P>SOLUTION: In this point processing system having a plurality of individual point processing servers 6, 7, and 8 and the general point processing server 3, the general point processing server comprises a short data request means which sends customer member identification information to either of the plurality of individual point processing servers when a short formed item data is present in the specified customer specific-information of a customer member and requests the short formed item data and a registration means for registering the short formed item data received from either of the plurality of individual point processing servers to a corresponding customer specific information.
