<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system of communicating article collection request information of local residents to a person who engages himself/herself in a business of carrying out door-to-door services for supplying predetermined commodities or services so that the person who engages himself/herself in the above business can deal with article collection requests of the local residents. <P>SOLUTION: Customer information which specifies residents and their places of residence, person-in-charge information which specifies a person in charge who is responsible for a predetermined local area, including the places of residence, for supplying commodities or services, and contract information on the contract state of the residents on the commodities or services which are supplied by the person in charge are correlated with each other, and then the correlated information is stored in a data storage portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
