PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of increasing cost and volume due to pressure withstanding design or the like for securing safety in the case of providing a low pressure side with a receiver in a refrigerating cycle system using carbon dioxide as a refrigerant. SOLUTION: The action of a first pressure reducer 12 and a second pressure reducer 15 causes the fluctuation of refrigerant pressure of a first heat exchanger 13 to regulate the refrigerant hold amount of the first heat exchanger. The imbalance between the refrigerant amount in air-conditioning and that in heating-dehumidifying can thereby be reduced, and the refrigerating cycle system can be operated with high efficiency while miniaturizing the receiver or without providing the receiver.
