PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for guiding a suitable route to a registered favorite spot, and to provide a computer program. SOLUTION: An information center 1 can register position information of the favorite spot 101 and information related to an accessing route, when arriving at the favorite spot (access route 102 or an access point 103) in connection with each other, in response to a user operation. The information center 1 calculates the route guide path, including the access road 102 or the access point 103 of the access route at a rear end part of the calculated guide path, by referring to the position information of the previously registered spot 101 and the information related to the access route registered by relating to the position information of the favorite spot, which is different from a conventional navigation apparatus for automatically calculating a route guide path to a previously registered nearest point 105 to map information as a spot of representing a facility shown, for example, by hatching, when a route guide for the user to arrive at the favorite spot 101 as a present position 106 as a starting point.
