PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus which can accurately recognize a designated position. SOLUTION: A reading means 10 reads information recorded on an optical disk, and outputs a read signal. A digital signal processor 20 detects this read signal, and processes reproducibly the signal. An operation designation recognition unit 51 recognizes the designation of a predetermined position of the information. Thereafter, a display controller 54 displays the designated position on a queue point position display unit of a display unit 130.
