PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorated thermoplastic resin board capable of being utilized as a material of a product which is strong and solid against external impact of motorcar parts, a suitcase, a frame of a portable telephone, a bathtub and the like and requested to be decorated to a part of a complicated three dimensional part. SOLUTION: The decorated thermoplastic resin board is within a range of 40-140°C in Vicat softening temperature, 5×10<SP>3</SP>-1.5×10<SP>5</SP>(N/cm<SP>2</SP>) in Young's modulus at the Vicat softening temperature and 5×10-5×10<SP>4</SP>(N×cm) in a product of three power of a thickness and the Young's modulus at 25°C.
