PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for a percutaneous treatment based on a technique effective for sterilization, deodorization and cleaning action together with the percutaneous treatment effect of a semiconductor layer to a headband, a foot warmer or the like by laminating the semiconductor layer and a titanium oxide layer for photo-catalyst. SOLUTION: Percutaneous treatment member layers 2, 3, 4 are disposed on the face of an extendable and contractive support member such as a cloth or the like. When this support member is used as the headband, the arranging part is either of a sun, santiku, youhaku or fufu in a passage, or a plurality of combinations of these four. The semiconductor layer constituting the percutaneous treatment member layer is obtained by mixing a semiconductor powder in the raw material such as ink, paint, an adhesive or the like, and a P-type, an N-type, a laminated layer of both the types, or a mixture of the P-type and the N-type is used. A deodorizing (odor-preventing) member layer may be added to the percutaneous treatment member layer. This is made by mixing particulates of titanium oxide for photo-catalyst in the raw material such as ink, paint, the adhesive or the like, and laminating on the semiconductor layer. The effect can be increased by using a reflective film together. The semiconductor layer activates the muscle, increases the blood flow, and eliminates blood congestion. The deodorizing, odor-preventing member layer exhibits the effect on sterilization, deodorization and cleaning action. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
