A valve assembly (1) for regulation of the circulating pressure in a system of the type provided with a valve body (3) provided with a seat (5) which receives a shutter element (2), axially translatable and not, to open or close selectively a duct (4) for passage of fluid to the system. Motor elements guided by control elements are provided to operate the shutter element (2).
