A management apparatus for managing network devices by displaying information concerning the network devices by using the GUI. The apparatus includes a GUI definition file storage unit for storing a plurality of GUI definition files which are correlated to device type information of the network devices, a device information acquiring unit for acquiring device information of a predetermined network device, a GUI definition file selection unit for selecting a GUI definition file stored in a GUI definition file storage unit while being correlated to the device type information acquired by the device information acquiring unit, and a display unit for displaying information concerning a predetermined network device by using the GUI based on the GUI definition file selected by the GUI definition file selection unit.
