To provide an electronic component activator and an electronic component activator sheet, each of which enables a great improvement especially in charge and discharge characteristics of secondary batteries, 0.5-30 parts by weight of titanium oxide, 2-80 parts by weight of manganese oxide and 0.2-10 parts by weight of iron oxide are blended to 100 parts by weight of a clay containing 30 % or more of silica dioxide and 15 % or more of aluminum oxide.
