The treatment tool (80) has a main parameter (85) which confirms the existence of one portion of the back side on standing up base (58) rather than the distal edge portion of the standing up base fixed portion. The guide wire insertion portion (80a) is passed through the standing up base. An Independent claim is also included for an endoscope apparatus.
