PURPOSE: A sterile cotton container is provided to help a user to more easily and conveniently use sterile cotton connected through a thread for example and thus, to improve utility of the sterile cotton container. CONSTITUTION: The sterile cotton container includes sterile cotton(1) connected to a connecter(2), such as a thread, and impregnated with a sterilant; a cutting part for cutting the connecter(2) more easily; and an opening part having a protective film. More particularly, the sterile cotton(1) is cut in certain sizes and connected to each other as one body through the thread(2). The sterile cotton is made of non-woven cloth, cotton, gauze or absorbent cotton. Also, the connecter(2) is a silk or nylon thread.
