<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for drawing a picture or the like of multicolors by a laser to a special oxide film coated metal sheet, which has a function capable of forming the picture, an image, a logo, characters, a scale, engraving or the like of multicolors by using a metal material such as a stainless steel material or the like coated with a super black oxide film, by which an aesthetic value can be enhanced and which can be relatively simply performed at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The surface of a metal material containing nickel or chromium, preferably a stainless steel material 1 such as SUS 304 is coated by using a metal plate with a multicolor oxide film 2 by chemically coloring treating and the super black is finally formed on the surface and by removing the film 2 to a suitable depth by YVO<SB>4</SB>laser, a desired picture or the like is formed at its position. The uniform oxide film is removed by the YVO<SB>4</SB>laser, and a fine picture or the like can be formed in high accuracy. When the film 2 is removed to the matrix of the metal material 1 and a scale or the like is formed there, the scale of a metallic color appears, and a remarkable visibility can be realized as compared with a conventional article. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
