<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a person in charge in a production control department to optimally arrange work even if the person in charge does not grasp the detailed situation of a production site. <P>SOLUTION: This work management system is composed of a client terminal 1, a database server 2 and a file server 3. In the database server 2, a work content for job data recorded in the file server 3, a manager and workers are recorded as an action. In the client terminal 1, each user is discriminated to instruct rearrangement for receiving a request for setting workers to the action again, and whether or not permission of the rearrangement for the action is recorded is determined. When the permission of the rearrangement is recorded, the manager and the workers of the action are permitted to set new workers for the action to implement the rearrangement for the action. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
