<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device capable of suppressing its power consumption while keeping white balance without making a power circuit complicated. <P>SOLUTION: When a transistor controlling the supply of a current to a light emitting element is a p channel type, a power source potential corresponding to each color of the light emitting element is used as a high potential of the binary potential that a video signal has and the potential of a power supply line. When the transistor controlling the supply of the current to the light emitting element is an n channel type to the contrary, the power source potential corresponding to each color of the light emitting element is used as a low potential of the binary potential that the video signal has and the potential of the power supply. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
