<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of submerging an underground structure enabling an easy sinking operation. <P>SOLUTION: A trench 2 filled with a stabilizer fluid B is formed by digging the ground G as the stabilizer fluid B is supplied. The underground structure 1 is submerged into the trench 2.
