<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make more efficient inputting operations of data such as product names and unit prices on a slip. <P>SOLUTION: An order placement/receipt information inputting means 70 creates, from a keyboard, data on the product name, number and unit price of a product target for order placement/receipt, and stores the data in an order placement/receipt information storing means 60. A purchase slip inputting means 40 inputs, with the keyboard, the supplier name, product name, number and unit price to create purchase slip data, and stores the data in a purchase slip storing means 10. A sales slip inputting means 50 inputs, with a keyboard, the purchaser name, product name, number and unit price to create sales slip data, and stores the data in a sales slip storing means 20.
