PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reading stand having a magnifier nearly as large as a receiving plate of the reading stand which is adjustably mounted to be parallel to the receiving plate of the reading stand with a fixed distance between them and which can be adjusted in height. SOLUTION: The magnifier-equipped reading stand includes a base plate, the receiving plate, and a support, and the receiving plate is adjusted so as to have a fixed tilt to the base plate. The reading stand includes the magnifier which is formed to have substantially the same size as that of the receiving plate and a height adjusting means which is coupled with the upper part of the magnifier and adjusted movably in a Z direction from the back of the receiving plate, can adjust the height of the magnifier, and position the magnifier on a plane parallel to the receiving plate.
