PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cavitation and noise in an external gear pump. SOLUTION: The external gear pump is equipped with casings 3a, 3b, and an inlet 5 for low pressure side fluid and an outlet 6 for high pressure side fluid which are formed in the casing. It is equipped with a gear chamber 4 equipped with an axial sealing stay 7 and a radial sealing stay 8, a first gear 1 rotated in a gear chamber 4, and a second gear rotated in the gear chamber 4. External meshing of the first gear and the second gear forms a transmittal cell 10 which the fluid is transported from the inlet 5 to the outlet 6, axially sealed with an axial sealing stay 7, and radially sealed with the radial sealing stay 8. At least one of the pressure fluid supplies 15, 16 where the pressure fluid can be supplied to the low pressure side, is connected with the radially facing transmittal cell 10 with the one of the radial sealing stays 8 at the low pressure side.
