PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a goods packing container a part of which can be easily separated for housed goods to be stepwise exhibited and which has a strong shelf plate and makes the side of the stepwise exhibited goods visible. SOLUTION: In the approximately rectangular parallelepiped goods packing container formed of corrugated cardboard or heavy paper, a cut portion is formed between upward front and backward ceiling plates on upward right and left ceiling plates so that the ceiling plates can be folded via a packaging tape as a hinge fixing the upward front and backward ceiling plates or the right and left ceiling plates located on the upward surface. The goods packaging container is composed of a cutting line for forming an upward exhibition shelf, the cutting line being formed on the right and left side plates and the front plate so that it is located from a position between the front and backward ceiling plates to a predetermined position of the front plate, and cutting lines for forming an opening, the cutting lines being formed in the position downward of the position of the front plate where the cutting line for forming the upward exhibition shelf, both the ends being formed in the corner or a position of the right and left side plates a little toward to the front plate.
