PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste heat input type absorption water cooling and heating machine operated in single-double effect cycle which can perform hot water supply in addition to take-out of cooling and heating capability. SOLUTION: This waste heat input type single-double utility absorption water cooling and heating machine comprises a waste heat high-temperature regenerator GH, a waste heat low-temperature regenerator GR, a low-temperature regenerator G, a condenser C, an absorber A, an evaporator E, and a solution passage and a coolant passage which are connected to these apparatuses. The temperature is raised by the coolant vapor from at least one apparatus of GR, G and C. This machine is further provided with a hot water heat exchanger HW for hot water supply. The coolant passage is connected so that the condensate of HW is returned to C or a coolant circulation system, and/or HW is provided with a solution spray device for spraying the solution in the solution passage. A solution flow control valve for adjusting the feed solution quantity may be provided in the pipe connected to the solution spray device. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
