摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently reduce a cost in a molten iron pre-treating process while considering total molten iron discharging amount to each converter charge and required value of component contained in molten steel to each converter charge. SOLUTION: The molten iron discharged quantity preliminarily allotted in each combination of a torpedo car and the converter charge and the required value of the component contained in the molten steel to each converter charge are inputted from a host system, and the target value of the component to the molten iron discharging amount is decided and the cost in the molten iron pre-treating process is calculated and registered as a initial value in a provisional plan (S1-3). The molten iron discharging amount is changed and the target value of the component to the molten iron discharging amount after changing is decided and also, the cost in the molten iron pre-treating process is calculated, and it is judged whether a provisional plan is to be renewed or not (S4-6). In the case of satisfying the renew condition in the provisional plan, the provisional plan is renewed (S7), and thereafter, the completing condition is judged (S8) and in the case of satisfying the completing condition, the provisional plan is outputted (S9).
