PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence of a resonance frequency of an actuator, etc., while suppressing the deterioration of the servo control performance. SOLUTION: By using a band-pass filter constituted of an APF (all pass filter) 31 and a 2nd adder 33, an APF 34 and a multiplier 35, the detection is made as to how much the present resonance frequency of the actuator is deviated from the set value of the center frequency of the APF 31, the center frequency of the APF 31 is appropriately adjusted based on the detection result. By adjusting the center frequency of the APF 31 in such a manner, the center frequency of a notch filter which is constituted of the APF 31 and a 1st adder 32 can be automatically brought closer to the resonance frequency of an actuator 5 in the present state.
