PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance DC machine by optimizing specified components. SOLUTION: For the DC machine 101, the number P of the magnetic poles of a magnet 105 is "6" being an even number which becomes odd when divided with "2", the number of the coils of an armature coil is "8" which does not become the integral multiple of the number P of the magnetic poles of the magnet 105, and the number of segments of a commutator 108 is 24((the number P of magnetic poles×the number C of coils)/2). Moreover, the DC machine 101 is constituted by winding the coil intensively on the teeth 106a-106h of the core 103b, all of the coils are connected in series to constitute a closed loop, and the coils are wired with one another so that the number of parallel circuits between the brushes 111a-111f on the sides of an anode and a cathode in a pair performing power supply may be "2".
