PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology enhancing a detection rate of a DTMF code in a telephone conversation recording device. SOLUTION: An erroneous detection and a detection omission of a DTMF code occur when a level ratio between a DTMF signal and a busy tone exceeds a detectable range. Therefore, the telephone conversation recoding device improves addition processing of network side voice data and terminal side voice data, thereby enabling the DTMF code to be detected. Namely, by a network side maximum value detecting portion 207, a terminal side maximum value detecting portion 208, and an addition ratio determining portion 209, the level ratio between the DTMF signal and the busy tone upon detection of the DTMF code is detected, and based on the level ratio, an adding portion 203 controls an addition ratio in an adding portion so that the level ratio may become within a detectable range.
