PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance system capable of automatically editing and transmitting a maintenance procedure according to a trouble by automatically detecting the occurrence of the trouble of network apparatuses on a center side. SOLUTION: Monitoring commands are transmitted to the plurality of network apparatuses from a monitor server at regular intervals, status information returned is analyzed, and the state of errors is checked. If an error occurs at any of the apparatuses, a maintenance image is edited according to the detailed error included in the status information, and sent to another network apparatus near an error-causing apparatus.
