PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust manifold of a multi-cylinder engine capable of improving exhaust efficiency and exhaust control of an entire exhaust device, and miniaturizing the engine. SOLUTION: Openings on other end sides 21-24 of respective exhaust passages 1-4 connected with respective exhaust ports of a multi-cylinder engine 10 on one end side are opened to an expansion chamber 15 in different directions in a manner to be directed to a tangential direction of an outer shape of the expansion chamber 15. Connection angles of the openings on the other end sides 21-24 of the respective exhaust passages 1-4 relative to the expansion chamber 15 are set to be 15 degrees or more to a connection face of the expansion chamber 15 and a catalyst 16. An oxygen sensor 20 is attached at a top of the expansion chamber 15 towards a center of the expansion chamber 15. Under such a constitution, exhaust gases to be exhausted in the expansion chamber 15 do not interfere with each other, so as to prevent deterioration of output of the engine due to exhaust interference.
