PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide height-adjusting packing for a rail 7 that increases safety and workability owing to adjustable adhesion to a support structure by simple structure. SOLUTION: The packing 1, which is interposed between the rail 7 and a tie 4 as a rail support, is a bag having an injection port 2 for resin injection, and has exudation parts 3 allowing exudation in part on either an upper face 1b or a lower face 1a of the bag or on both faces. The exudation parts 3 are a permeable sheet with pores for resin exudation, and their presence in a plurality of positions enables adjustment of adhesion. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
