PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garment the size of which can be regulated by easily regulating the length of a string body. SOLUTION: The garment has a string threading part 18 set along a fabric 16, a sliding fastener 20 attached so as to join to the string threading part 18 and extend in the direction of the string threading part 18, and a gathering slider 24 attached to the sliding fastener 20 so as to open and close the sliding fastener 20. The garment is provided with a string body 26 the one end part of which is attached to the gathering slider 24 and the other end part of which is threaded through the string threading part 18. The length of the string body 26 is almost the same as that of the string threading part 18. The length or size of the garment can be regulated by moving the gathering slider 24 along the sliding fastener 20 to change the length of the string body 26 threaded through the string threading part 18 so that the fabric 16 provided with the string threading part 18 is gathered.
