PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and safely transport construction materials vertically stacked and mounted while utilizing the upper space of a loading space with sufficient efficiency without damaging the lowermost construction material vertically stacked and mounted, a shock absorbing material and a pallet which are positioned under the lowermost construction material. SOLUTION: This rack is provided with a horizontal member 2 for mounting the pallet 12 consisting of a square frame of a combination of a long frame 10 and a short frame 11, and a vertical member 4 for supporting the horizontal member 2 to a considered height position by being connected to both the ends of the horizontal member 2. In the rack 1 for stacking pallet in two-stage, more than one pair of projections whose height T is less than the thickness U of the short frame 11 of the pallet 12 and which are arranged oppositely at an interval L having approximately the same length as the width M of the short frame 11, are fixed on the upper surface of the horizontal member 2.
