PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the filling time of cooling water with a simple structural change. SOLUTION: Piping with with inlet 100 is connected to an inlet 110 in which cooling water is filled from upward and a tank part 104 connected to a lower part of the inlet 110 and having a predetermined space, and includes a horizontal pipe 106 extending in a roughly horizontal direction and a downward pipe 108 connected to the tank part 104 and extending obliquely downward. The horizontal pipe 106 is connected to a radiator and the downward pipe 108 is connected to PCU. Section area of the horizontal pipe 106 is larger than section area of the downward pipe 108. Section area of the inlet 110 is smaller than the sum of the section area of the horizontal pipe 106 and the section area of the downward pipe 108. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
