PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine having a control device fixed to the inside of a console panel part mounted on the top of the washing machine body for dispensing with screw fixation in fitting the control device to the inside of the console panel part so as to improve the productivity and reduce the cost. SOLUTION: A part of an upper frame body 14 covering the top of the washing machine body is covered with the console panel part 16, and the control device 21 is disposed inside the console panel part 16. The control device 21 has a control board 22 and a control board storing case 23 for storing the control board 22 inside. A flange part 24 is provided on at least a part of the outer peripheral surface of the control board storing case 23. The flange part 24 is held by a first support part 2 mounted on the upper frame body 41 and a second support part 26 mounted on the console panel part 16, thereby fixing the control device 21.
